..ikan termenung terbakar..

I was fasting for the past few days.. And yes, when I fast.. I cook better.. Pelik? Pelik tapi benar.. Deria rasa ke tujuh membuatkan makanan yang di masak jadi sedap.. (sebenarnya tahap lapo tuh yang tak sedap pun jadi sedap...heheheh)

So since I have fish and chicken in my freezer.. I suddenly drools over Ikan Bakar. I had ikan termenung... in northen side we call ikan kembung as ikan termenung.. Ko jangan tanya aku kenapa termenung? Kenapa tak terlangut ke terlentang ker.. Biler dah kerja.. baru aku tahu ikan termenung itu di panggil ikan kembung oleh kebanyakan orang.

my marinate ikan termenung on pan grill.. bako ateh pan grill jer nok.. mak takder grill yang canggih2...taken by digicam..hehehe

tadaaaa!!! voilaaa...

serve with air asam yang mantop tp pedas nak mampuih... bergelodak perut mak nih...dah la posa...

my faveret ikan bakar so far... i like to move it move it! i like to move it move it! tapi imie's version is i like to muggit muggit! hahahahah

and the desert of the day.. super duper chocolate moist cake.. slurrppp..

p/s: I wonder stevie wonder why on earth that I cook better when I'm fasting. And guess what, my super duper cranky husband actually like this particular ikan bakar. He ate the whole 2 fish all by himself.. now you know la yang, that I can cook.. Everyone can cook darling... *wink*
