Ntahla.. lately nih byk na kejer nak kena rush buat. Macam hari nih email nak benda, esok dah nak due.. Tak pun due sebelum kul 5 on the same day.. Yang on the same day tulah yang macam cilanat tuh.. Semua nak kena rush.. Semua nak immediate attention.

Kalau dah staf kat unit aku nih ada sorang dua kucing berlari jer.. Pulak tuh nak info dari 3000 files.. Ko ingat senang nak semua menatang tuh?? Padahal ada systems.. then anto laporan tetiap bulan.. So apa kejadahnya anto semua tuh, tp towards the end nak jugak info dari aku nih???

B***lah!

Ambik.. dah lama sangat aku tak buat carutan ablasa..

BAKED MACARONI CHEESE

recipe you can get it from here. I love everything that she cooks. I alter a bit according to my taste bud. Mine was spicy! Aku kan minah pedasssss!!! SSSSSsssssssss!!!!!!!

It is so simple. Trust me. Even Mr Jukie finished half the tray. I was amazed that he actually like this dish. FYI, Mr Jukie prefers typical nasi rather than westerns. He actually liked it. And I tell you ya.. this dish is so filling.. I can't manage to spare myself a 2nd slice.. Eventhough I was tired and exhausted and stress..

And my kids love it too.. I should make this more often.. hehee

p/s: It is so easy.. try it! The preparation was in 15mins..and baked it in another 15 mins! Not time consuming at all. And hassle freee!!!!

This last 2 weeks had been a blast and blessed! WE.. I mean.. WE... i.e me and the DOUBLE AI! We were home alone just the three of us last 2 weekends.. And last weekend, we went back to Kelate for wedding, visiting, eating+till+you+gained+2 kilos meal, sight seeing, ngumpating, eating+and+gained+another+2kilos...and yes people.. I gained a lot.. who can resist a SERIYAL NASI KERABU? A 2 RIYAL NASI BELAOK? Another SERIYAL NASI KAPIT???

Bloating like nobody business bebeh! Like nobody la weh.. Perut dah berlapis2 nih..

Anyway people.. Last night I was craving something sweetness.. You know woman are fond of something sweet during the RED time. RED people! RED!

Anyway, since there's no chocolaty for me to munch.. (takkan nak munch cooking chocolate plaks kan..) I've made this easy peasy HOMEMADE POPCORNS for me to munch while reading my novels.. and for the kids to snack on...

Mantop I tell you!

So why POPCORN? It is because it is easy to make. Just mixed butter, sugar (i used brown sugar to get the caramelised version), a pinch of salt and of course the corn that you can get it at any BAKERS SUPPLIES shop..

Tetiba tengah ralit menyenap.. datang tangan mungil nih nak cilok POPCORN ini.. Izzah loves to munch this as well. Imie tak berapa sangat la.. sebab dia scary tengok ghuper popcorn nih.. Mamat nih kalau tengok ghuper lain macam sikit..confirm jadik scary.. Cuba bagi Izzah, separuh tupperware di habiskan... hehehehheh

Kenapa ada unsur-unsur rentung di situ? Biasalah.. aku kalau masak tak rentung sikit tak sah.. kalau tak hitam tak sah.. Aku pun confious. Maklumlah.. tengah masak kang..

Si kakak jerit.. Nak kencing ummi!.. Nak bintang ummi! Ummi buat apa tuh?? Nak bintang ummi! Nak 100 plus sikit!... Izzah memang banyak songeh. Dia punya manja mengalahkan adik dia.

Kang si adik plaks..Akit! Akit! That is my que untuk garu dia.. FYI, Imie nih semuanya pemalas.. nak garu badan gatal pun suh kita garukan.. Kang aku garu ngan garpu kang baru ko tau nak..
